Anxiety Attack

Have you ever been in a scenario that brought on sweats, rapid heartbeat and shortness of breath? You likely weren’t having a heart attack but an anxiety attack.  When you undergo from nervousness disorders, learning to manage it can be the initial step to overcoming it.

Anxiousness is characterized as extreme reactions to fearful scenarios.  When another person follows you into a dark alley, those anxious feelings of the racing heartbeat and sweaty palms gives method to heightened senses along with a rush of adrenalin that can conserve your existence.  This is the battle or flight syndrome.
